1. Irregular menstrual cycle: The menstrual cycle may be too long or too short, exceeding the normal range (usually 21 to 35 days). Menstruation may occur early or late, or even irregularly.

3. Changes in menstrual flow: Irregular menstruation may cause a significant increase or decrease in menstrual flow. Heavy menstrual flow may be manifested by continuous dripping and long duration; low menstrual flow may be manifested by a significant decrease in menstrual flow.

4. Dysmenorrhea: Some women with irregular menstruation may be accompanied by dysmenorrhea, manifested as severe pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation, which affects work and daily life.

5. Premenstrual syndrome: Before menstruation, some women may experience symptoms such as nervousness, emotional instability, inability to concentrate, irritability, depression, insomnia, headaches, and breast tenderness.

6. Other accompanying symptoms: Depending on the cause, irregular menstruation may be accompanied by other symptoms, such as vaginal atrophy and dryness, hot flashes and sweating, aging appearance, mental and emotional abnormalities, etc.

Please note that these symptoms may not occur in all women with irregular menstruation, and symptoms may appear differently in different women.
